eShop Charger Commbank Offer Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are for Commonwealth Bank (CBA) customers eligible for a $100 discount off the price of an AmpCharge 7kW Home Charger (Home Charger) when purchased using the discount code “CBA100” from the AmpCharge Web Shop (the “Promotion Terms”). The Promotion Terms apply in conjunction with the Agreement for the supply of EV Charger Units or Agreement for the supply and install of EV Charger Units (as applicable) (the “Agreement”). You agree that you have read and agree to the terms of the Agreement. To the extent any terms and conditions herein are inconsistent with the terms and conditions in the Agreement, the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall prevail.  Capitalised terms in these Promotion Terms have the meaning given to them in the Agreement, unless defined in these Promotion Terms.

1. Eligibility for Promotion 
You are eligible for this promotion if you satisfy all of the following requirements:  

a. satisfy the Eligibility Criteria set out in the Agreement;  

b. you have purchased an Home Charger via our AmpCharge Web Shop during the Promotion Period; 

c. you are a CBA customer at the time of purchase and use the discount code CBA100 to activate the discount when checking out of the AmpCharge Web Shop during the Promotion Period

(the “Promotion Criteria”) 

2. Promotion Period 

2.1 This promotion starts on 1st September at 12:00am (AEST) and ends 31st December 2024 at 12:00am (AEST)

3. Promotion  
3.1 In collaboration with and as an exclusive offer to CBA customers, a discount code can be used by a CBA customer in the AmpCharge Web Shop to deduct $100 from the purchase price of the Home Charger at point of checkout on the AmpCharge Web Shop during the Promotion Period. (the “Promotion”).

3.2 You participate in the Promotion if you are a CBA customer at the time of purchase and use the discount code “CBA100” to activate the discount when purchasing an EV Charger when checking out of the AmpCharge Web Shop during the Promotion Period. 

4. Exclusions 
If you purchase a Supply & Installation package pursuant to the Agreement for the supply and install of EV Charger Units, the $100 Promotion discount is applied to the price of the Home Charger only and is not valid towards the cost of any Installation Services (whether Standard Installation or Non-Standard Installation is applicable).

5. General Terms 
5.1 This Promotion cannot be combined with any other CBA promotions or discounts.

5.2 By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms and the Agreement.

5.3 Ampol will handle all technical enquiries, complaints and servicing in relation to the Home Charger and the AmpCharge Web Shop.

5.4 This Promotion is limited and Ampol and CBA reserve the right to remove this Promotion at any time prior to purchase of the Home Charger.
